Dr. Pat Daly is the Director of Economic Development and Planning for Limerick City & County Councils. He has held a number of senior enterprise and business development management positions in his career to date. He is also a director of a number of public/private organisations, has published widely and has contributed to many national and international conference proceedings. He is an industrial Engineer by profession, holds a Masters Degree in Management from Sheffield University and a PhD in Business Management from University College Cork, Ireland.
